Vet Nurse Paityn
Certificate II in Animal Studies, Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
Paityn commenced working at The Unusual Pet Vets in 2019 when she was old enough to work. Initially, she supported the team with cleaning duties and assisting where needed. A few years later, she continued to up-skill and grow in her knowledge, completing her Certificate IV and beginning to do more nursing duties around the clinic.
Paityn has wanted to work with animals for as long as she can remember and considers herself extremely lucky to have gotten such incredible industry exposure from such a young age. She has always loved reptiles, particularly snakes, but her love for a wide range of exotic species has grown after being a part of many exciting cases!
Hobbies and Interests
Paityn’s hobbies include reading, going to the beach, and dirt bike riding. She also has a love for indoor plants.
Owned Pets
Paityn is a proud parent to a very energetic German Short-Haired pointer called Leeroy, a Children’s Python called Kiwi, Goose the Murray Darling Carpet Python, Inari the Bearded dragon and Binjari the Stimsons (Children’s) Python.
