Vet Nurse Dennis
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing, Diploma of Animal Technology, Bachelor of Science (Animal Behaviour)
Dennis’s journey to Australia a decade ago as an international student marked the beginning of a profound connection with the world of animals. Over the years, Dennis navigated the academic landscapes, completing a Cert IV in Vet Nursing and a Diploma of Animal Technology at TAFE SA before delving into higher education at Flinders University, where he proudly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Behaviour.
Dennis started his career with an internship at Adelaide Zoo and then as a Vet nurse at other vet clinics. Throughout his career, he has shown great dedication to exotic animals and has previously been working in an exotic vet clinic for the past two years.
As a pet owner, Dennis appreciates the unbreakable bond between pet parents and their pets. He understands the trust between the pet’s parents and their Vet team and is committed to providing the best care for their beloved “little” ones.
Hobbies and Interests
When Dennis isn’t caring for patients, he likes to spend time outdoors, camping, kayaking and gardening.
Owned Pets
Dennis shares his home with two cheeky birds: a cockatiel named Pancake and a Crimson-bellied Conure named Skittles. He also has three adorable Guinea pigs named Bubbles, Pork Floss and Pudding, which are guarded by two “brave” dogs: Luna the German Shephard and Tabi the Cav-A-Malt.
