Lucy’s love of animals has been apparent throughout her entire life, and it’s always been assumed that she would find a career working with animals. Since beginning her vet nursing journey in 2018, Lucy has spent the majority of her career in emergency care in a busy after-hours clinic, and as a surgical vet nurse in a specialist referral hospital before joining the UPV Team.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her pets, and she has a keen interest in cars and all sorts of arts and crafts. 

Owned Pets

Lucy’s home is busy with three canine companions, two feline friends, a variety of snakes and lizards and one naughty pigeon.

Excellent service, caring and professional advice, and very good handling for our pet bird, on our first visit today at The Unusual Pet Vets, Jindalee. Very helpful, and they also provided further reading for us via email after our appointment regarding a few things we asked about.
